Plum Crumble from Dr. Abood
Ingredients:
- 1 box plums – cut and de-stoned
- 3 spoons of brown sugar
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 cups of muesli
Cut and stone the plums and arrange the plums pieces on the base of a baking tray / Pyrex dish. Sprinkle sugar and mix with the lemon juice. Add muesli as the top layer and bake at 1500C for 15 minutes. Serve with low fat custard or frozen yoghurt.
